=== Short biography ===
  * Born in Ottawa, Canada, in 1978. 
  * In 1997, he begins to study physics at the [[http://www.physics.uottawa.ca/|University of Ottawa]]. 
  * In 2000, he participates as an active undergraduate researcher at the Institute for [[http://ims-ism.nrc-cnrc.gc.ca/|Microstructural Sciences]]. 
  * In 2001, he graduates with an Honors Degree in Computational Physics at the University of Ottawa. 
  * In 2003, he gets a degree of Advanced Studies (DEA) in Physics at the ULB. 
  * In 2006, he obtained his PhD degree entitled "Experimental and Theoretical Aspects of Quantum Cryptographic protocols" at the Centre for Quantum Information and Communication.
