Short biography

Shantanav Chakraborty is an FNRS postdoctoral researcher at QuIC (October 2019-present) working on quantum algorithms with Jérémie Roland. Prior to this, he was a postdoctoral researcher at QuIC from January 2018 to September 2019. He received his PhD in December 2017 from the University of Lisbon, where he was affiliated to the Physics of Information and Quantum Technologies Group, supervised by Yasser Omar. During his PhD, he was a visiting researcher at QuSoft, CWI Amsterdam from May 2017 - Nov 2017, hosted by Stacey Jeffery.
